Accessibility Statement (Pending Compliance Statement)

This statement was drafted on June 1, 2026, for the websites apc.fr, apcstore.com, and apcstore.co.uk. It is valid from the date of publication and will be updated upon completion of the digital accessibility audit currently underway.

A.P.C. is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005. We value inclusion and diversity and strive to ensure that our digital platforms are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

As part of this commitment, we are working with Mad Agence. Our goal is to help build a web that is accessible to all. Through a long-term and responsible approach, we aim to fully comply with applicable regulations, including RGAA 4.1.2 and the European standard EN 301 549.

Compliance Status

As a compliance audit is currently being conducted by an independent third party, the websites apc.fr, apcstore.com, and apcstore.co.uk are currently considered non-compliant with the RGAA (General Accessibility Improvement Framework).

No comprehensive list of non-compliance issues or exemptions can be provided until the audit has been completed.
